Atlas Fairweather IOM Ltd- Administration Company

As part of the RIO group of companies, Atlas Fairweather offers a dedicated Fund administration service from its Isle Of Man based office. This office provides and supports an online statement facility for the Professional Investors’ Fund, which enables the Club members to check on their investments from any internet enabled device, such as a Blackberry or other smart phones / tablet computers. As Fund administrators they also handle all RIO Fund administration requirements including processing of applications for inward investment.

Atlas Fairweather remains a key member of the RIO Group and has been providing its services to the RIO membership  since 1995. The company's primary responsibilities comprise general fund administration and NAV calculation.

The company is also charged with the responsibility for the enforcement of regulatory compliance for the Professional Investors Fund. As a result of the continued growth of the Club, Atlas Fairweather Ltd incorporated a sister company in 2003, Atlas Fairweather IOM Ltd. This company has maintained an office in the Isle of Man since 2004 to enable the provision of professional administrative support for the continued expansion plans of the RIO Group of companies.

Since 1995 Atlas Fairweather Ltd and from 2003 its sister company Atlas Fairweather IOM Ltd have continued to evolve, these companies representing an important and strategic part of the RIO International investment organization. Operating from the Isle of Man headquarters Atlas Fairweather handles all negotiations with investment houses and RIO’s analysts, who provide market research on behalf of both RIO International Investments Ltd and the RIO Club.
